Tamara Sack
Attorney
Tamara Sack brings more than 25 years of legal experience to the firm. Her extensive background in litigation, combined with a genuine passion for helping individuals and families, enables her to develop thoughtful, personalized estate plans that protect clients and provide peace of mind.
Tamara advises clients on a wide range of estate planning and elder law matters, including preparing revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, as well as trust administration. Having served as both successor trustee and executor for several estates, she understands the practical and emotional aspects of estate administration and guides clients with a logical, respectful, and compassionate approach.
A California native, Tamara grew up in Los Angeles and attended the University of Southern California before earning her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the Human Rights Quarterly Journal. Before concentrating her practice on estate planning and elder law, she built an accomplished legal career as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, giving her broad legal experience and a well-rounded perspective.
Outside the office, Tamara enjoys golfing, hiking the beautiful trails of California’s Central Coast, and cooking. She is committed to civic engagement and the arts, and proudly serves on the Santa Barbara Neighborhood Advisory Council.
