Christopher E. Botti, co-founder of Botti & Morison Estate Planning Attorneys, Ltd., was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1964. He received his B.S. in Business-Economics from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta in 1987. He obtained his J.D. from Whittier College School of Law in 1990 and served as an editor for the Whittier Law Review.

Karen Dion is an experienced estate planning attorney with over 30 years in legal practice, including a strong background in civil litigation and asset protection through Federal Bankruptcy Court. She is known for her empathetic approach, taking time to understand each client’s unique circumstances, and crafting solutions that reflect their estate planning priorities.

Chris Michail brings a wealth of expertise in estate planning. His deep knowledge of California trust and tax laws, combined with practical experience in trust administration, enables him to create customized plans that safeguard wealth for future generations.

Tamara Sack brings more than 25 years of legal experience to the firm. Her extensive background in litigation, combined with a genuine passion for helping individuals and families, enables her to develop thoughtful, personalized estate plans that protect clients and provide peace of mind.

Julia Botti is excited to join Botti Law Group and continue a family legacy of serving clients with care and dedication. As the daughter of founding attorney Chris Botti, Julia first worked at the firm during high school and is thrilled to return as she begins pursuing her dream of one day practicing alongside her father as an estate planning attorney.

During the 50+ years that Steven Haskett has practiced law as a licensed California attorney, his practice has focused primarily on estate planning, estate settlement, and probate court litigation matters.

Drew Haskett focuses his practice on litigating complex will, trust, and estate disputes, having recovered and protected tens of millions of dollars for clients by aggressively representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in breach of fiduciary duty, contested will, contested trust, and trust administration cases.
