Drew Haskett focuses his practice on litigating complex will, trust, and estate disputes, having recovered and protected tens of millions of dollars for clients by aggressively representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in breach of fiduciary duty, contested will, contested trust, and trust administration cases. Drew also helps his clients in related probate matters, including providing trustee services for approximately one hundred million dollars of trust assets, structuring the sale and acquisition of small businesses, navigating complex tax issues, and aiding in the sale and purchase of real property.

In addition to his probate-related experience, Drew has successfully represented clients in contract disputes, personal injury claims, and wrongful death cases. Notably, Drew successfully obtained over eight million dollars for his clients in a personal injury case against a public agency. The case also resulted in a twenty-million-dollar improvement to the dangerous condition of the public property that led to his clients’ injury.

Born and raised in La Jolla, California, Drew earned his B.A. in Economics and Public Policy from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, TX) in 2009 and obtained his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2014. He is licensed by the California Bar (active) and the Texas Bar (inactive). He has practiced with his father, Steve, and his sister, Stephanie, in their San Diego office for over a decade.

When not at the office, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and their three young children at the local beach or taking in a San Diego Padres game.
