I had been dragging my feet for several years but knew I needed to set up a living trust for myself. My parents had talked about doing so also for many years but never got around to it. Tragically, they both became seriously ill and died within a year of each other. I had to go through the probate process for both (they had a very old will, but that was all). I know I didn’t want my daughters to have that experience!

The workshop I attended was extremely educational and the whole process was a “piece of cake” — very easy and reasonably priced. Definitely worthwhile for the peace of mind I now have.
