Aida Bagdasaryan, an attorney with Botti & Morison Estate Planning Attorneys, Ltd., focuses her practice on estate planning, probate administration, and trust litigation. She provides clear communication, practical guidance, and steady advocacy to help clients navigate both the technical and emotional aspects of estate-related legal matters.

Ms. Bagdasaryan advises clients in all areas of estate planning, including the creation of wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. She also represents clients in probate and trust administration, as well as contested matters involving fiduciary misconduct and beneficiary representation. Her background in litigation allows her to guide clients through disputes involving complex estates with professionalism and precision.

Since being licensed in 2019, Aida has built a strong reputation for delivering client-focused legal services with precision, professionalism, and a deep respect for each client’s unique circumstances. She helps individuals and families navigate complex legal and personal decisions—whether it’s planning for the future or resolving sensitive trust and estate disputes.

Ms. Bagdasaryan earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law, where she was an active participant in USC’s award-winning Mediation Clinic. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree, and spent part of her undergraduate studies at the University of Haifa in Israel, focusing on counterterrorism and Jewish history.

She is fluent in Armenian and Russian. Outside of the office, Ms. Bagdasaryan enjoys dancing salsa, playing the piano, and spending time with her family, friends, and two miniature chihuahuas.
