CHRISTOPHER E. BOTTI
Mr. Botti specializes in all aspects of estate planning. Mr. Botti combines creativity and practical wisdom to solve problems and assist his clients in cost-effectively achieving their objectives.

Mr. Botti advises clients on all aspects of estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning, including the creation of revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable remainder trusts, private annuities, private foundations, grantor retained annuity trusts, family limited partnerships and dynasty trusts. He also assists clients in the funding of revocable trusts and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns, all forms of trust and probate administration, including the purchase and sale of large trust assets, the combination and termination of trusts, the appointment of successor trustees and petitions for declaratory judgment. Mr. Botti has experience in the litigation and settlement of sophisticated trust disputes, including actions for modification and division of trusts and for breach of fiduciary duty.

Mr. Botti received his B.S. in Business-Economics from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta in 1987. He obtained his J.D. from Whittier College School of Law in 1990 and served as an editor for the Whittier Law Review.
PAUL A. MORISON
Applying over twelve years' of experience to the complex, ever-changing estate planning landscape, Mr. Morison is adept at working closely with clients to identify and establish the most beneficial blend of tax strategies, trust vehicles and other estate planning tactics to match the individual needs of each client.

As well as advising clients in the creation of sophisticated, integrated estate plans, Mr. Morison is experienced in all facets of trust and probate administration, including issues pertaining to successor trustees, tax filings, other regulatory compliance matters.

As a complement to his estate planning focus, Mr. Morison has helped to establish the firm as a leader in the rapidly growing Elder Law practice area. By utilizing recent legislative mandates aimed at assisting seniors in leveling the playing field in litigation against unscrupulous care facilities, unfair business practitioners and others who systematically victimize the elderly, Mr. Morison has identified an area of the profession that is capable of truly making a difference in a traditionally under-represented part of society.

Mr. Morison received his J.D from Whittier College School of Law in 1989, where he served as an editor of the Whittier Law Review. He earned his B.S degree in Economics at Tulane University.
